No, if you do not have the kitchen's figure and would have to invent it. Yes, only on the dish where that number is real and someone uses it to decide. Do not publish a figure that does not come from the dish sheet. The miss is putting round calories taken from another recipe that are not your portion. If they are shown, they sit beside the dish with the kitchen's figure, not across the whole menu as decoration.
