Should I add search inside the menu?

No, if the menu is short and the categories already lead to the dish. Yes, if the cellar list is so long the guest knows the name and not the block. Count the dishes: below what fits in a few blocks, search gets in the way. The miss is putting search on a twelve-dish menu and hiding the categories. If it is included, it searches by dish name and leaves the categories in view.
