How do you translate proper names of dishes?

The proper name stays, and beside it goes one line on what it is. The house name is not translated if the floor will then not recognise the order. Underline dishes whose name does not say the ingredient and write that line in the other language. The miss is translating the name so the kitchen receives an order it cannot place. In the other language the dish keeps its name and one line that says what is in it.
