How do you show availability by time of day?

Each block states its hours — breakfast, the daily menu or the evening — and outside that window it is not offered. Leave everything visible only if you accept orders the kitchen will not cook then. Write the kitchen's real hours, not the ones on the door sign if they do not match. The miss is showing the lunch menu at ten at night and taking the order. At the hour that applies, the menu shows only what that service cooks.
