How do you show allergens clearly?

The allergen is written on the dish, in words, before anyone goes on. An icon alone is not enough if it does not say which substance it is. Use the kitchen's list, dish by dish, not a generic note at the end. In the sierra the allergen sits in grey type at the foot and nobody sees it before they order. The card names the allergen beside the dish, readable without zooming.
