How do you make vegan options visible?

Vegan is marked on the dish and, if there are several, they can be seen together without walking the whole menu. A stray icon the floor cannot explain does not count. Confirm with the kitchen which dishes truly are, and which can be adapted. In Madrid the icon says vegan and the dish has cheese, and the table gets up. Those dishes are marked as the kitchen serves them, and they can be found without reading the rest.
