How do you keep the menu fast when it has photos?

The photo goes only on the dish that helps the order, already compressed, and the text opens first. It does not load if every card waits on a huge file from the shoot. Time the menu on the terrace, on a thin connection, and see which dish stalls. The miss in Madrid is uploading the print photo so the menu never gets past the first category.
