What minimum resolution do I need for print or the web?
For the web and Instagram, a sharp file at 1080 px on the short side of the feed is enough; for a printed menu or poster you need the session file, not a screenshot of the Story. The same export does not serve both: the screen file looks soft on paper.

How tuinsta.design approaches it
The delivery splits two files: the screen one, already cropped, and the print one, with bleed, when the use is paper.
