What do you do when the logo looks fine on a phone and bad on banners?
The file you upload on the phone is not the one printed on the banner: you need the vector and a proof at the size of the support. It looks bad because a PNG was enlarged, or because a thin stroke disappears at a distance. Ask the printer for the final size and send the file they can open, not an Instagram screenshot. Look at the banner from far away, not on the studio table. At sierra fairs a screenshot is printed and the name comes out jagged. The customer reads the banner next door.
The mark as a vector, a version with a stroke that holds at a distance, and the PDF at that banner's size. The sheet bans enlarging the profile PNG.
