Yes, if the invoice or the stamp still carries the logo or the name that is no longer on the door. You do not need a new stamp if the name did not change and only the menu type was tightened. Pull the latest invoice, the stamp and the receipt the customer takes away. Mark them if the name or the mark does not match the sign.
