How do you align the brand with the floor experience?

The brand says what the floor does: how people are seated, how long the bill takes and the tone of the person serving. It does not line up if the logo promises a slow dining room and the operation is a bar ticket. Write three real service gestures: how the menu is set down, how you say goodbye, and what you do not offer. Those gestures outrank an adjective in the brief. A “house as always” tone gets printed, and the new team addresses the guest with a chain-script line. The paper and the voice are not the same venue.
