How can you tell an agency result from an amateur one?

A studio result shows in use: the same mark on sign, menu and avatar, with files the printer can open. It looks amateur when there is only a handsome PNG and every format reinterprets it. Ask for the vector, the print PDF and a photo of the piece installed in a real venue. If they do not exist, the case is a drawing, not a closed job.
