What should a digital marketing plan for a local restaurant include?
For a local restaurant, the plan is short: be found, let the photo match the room, and make booking a message. tuinsta.design orders that in Madrid as Google, a photo bank from the venue, a site that loads on a phone and WhatsApp. A forty-page plan does not fit a service.
The Google listing is the door for someone searching the neighbourhood. It needs real hours, the menu or a link to it, a phone number and this season’s photos: frontage, room and plates. If that is wrong, the rest of the plan pushes people at a closed door.
Then a photo bank made in the venue. Without it, the website and social improvise and each channel describes a different restaurant. The site, if you have one, has to say on a phone what the door says: what you eat, where it is and how to book. The destination of almost everything is WhatsApp or the call.

What can wait
A daily grid on four networks, a recipe blog and your own app can wait. A neighbourhood restaurant does not have a team to feed all of that and still run service. One living channel beats five dead ones.
Email makes sense when there is a real list — birthdays, companies, neighbours who asked for the menu. Starting with an empty newsletter is theatre. Ads are the same: destination first, bid second.
What a month looks like, not a document
Week 1: review the listing, the photos and the path to WhatsApp. Week 2: a session if the images lie or do not exist. Weeks 3 and 4: publish the dish, the hours and how to book, and watch whether messages come in, not whether likes go up. Carlota Fermín runs that order; Cristina Osuna does the photography when it is due.
That fits in a message. If the agency needs a two-day workshop to explain the strategy, the strategy does not fit your venue.
Where tuinsta.design fits
We fit when the restaurant is in the Community of Madrid — or the remote work is the site and social, not the camera — and when you want a team that visits. We do not fit if you want a performance department for a chain.
If you want this brought down to your menu, write. We ask which channel brings the table today and what is broken: the photo, the listing or the reply.
How a short plan gets spoiled
It gets spoiled when channels are added so the document looks complete. A network nobody watches, a recipe blog the kitchen will not write and a second profile in another language “just in case” eat the same time as keeping the listing and WhatsApp alive. In a venue with a small team, that time comes out of service.
The version we use with a neighbourhood restaurant fits the order already written: Google, photos from the venue, the phone and one destination. If later there is a real customer list, email opens. If the photo already converts and budget is left, a short ads radius gets a test. Not the other way around.
If you want this brought down to your case, there is no form to fill. A voice note or a message about what is broken — the online door, the photo or the reply — is enough to say where the month starts.
If you already have the four pieces and the dining room still does not feel it, the problem is no longer the channel list. It is the offer or the reply. That is where we stop adding marketing and look at service: real hours, a dish that deserves the photo, someone on the phone. Keeping on posting over the top of that only spends the month.
