Hiring posting without assets is renting a loudspeaker with nothing to say.

Why your venue needs a photo bank before a community manager

Plenty of venues hire social media management and two weeks later the community manager asks for “new photos” every day. It isn’t a lack of ideas: it’s a lack of bank. Without your own photography you recycle three frames or fall into stock. The neighbourhood notices.

A minimum bank: profile cover, ten product or service pieces, five of the space, three of the team, vertical variants. That covers a month of content creation without inventing a fake brand.

Homogeneous quality. Mixing one good shoot with selfies of different colour breaks identity. Better fewer coherent files than a chaotic Drive. Branding is also selection criteria.

Name and tag. “black-rice-dish-2026-03.jpg” saves half an hour each post. It sounds prosaic; it’s what separates a calendar that ships from an eternal “I’ll upload it later”.

The bank feeds ads. Google Ads and Meta perform better with creatives native to the venue. If every campaign waits for a new session, cost spikes and continuity dies.

Update by season and by works. A new wall or a new signature dish deserves a short wave, not waiting for the “big rebrand”.

If you’re about to outsource social, ask first what material exists. At tuinsta we usually look at the archive before the calendar: without that, social media management is theatre.
