Online presence isn’t being on every network. It’s that someone who hears your name can confirm in two minutes that you exist, where you are and how to ask for something. That minimum saves more sales than an improvised TikTok.
Checklist: complete Google listing, one active social profile with a coherent cover photo, visible WhatsApp or phone, three recent photos of the space or product. Without that, don’t talk funnels.
A recognisable brand. Same name everywhere. Branding here is hygiene, not free-form creativity. Creative name variants confuse reviews and maps.
Pick one main channel and look after it. Better Instagram done well than five ghost networks. Focused social media management outperforms scattergun fear of missing out.
Update when something real changes: hours, menu, refurb. Neglect shows in the date of the last post and in photos from another era.
When the minimum is healthy, you can add a site, ads or more ambitious content. Order matters: foundations, then ground floor, then attic.
If you want a review of the minimum in your town, we look in a short conversation. We’ll say what’s missing before we propose a pack.
A venue website isn’t a museum. It’s a reception desk that’s always open in someone’s pocket.
You don’t need a 40-page plan. You need image, phone and WhatsApp to say the same thing as the door.
Weekend visitors compare online before they park. Showing up on the map is part of the service.
